What people usually ask us before we start.
- Which package do I need?
- A Slide Rebuild is usually enough when the content is settled and the slides mainly need to look right, while a Deck Sprint fits better when you are still working out what to say. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will suggest one.
- How fast is it?
- We aim to deliver a Slide Rebuild in 2–3 working days and a Deck Sprint in 3–5 working days. If you need it sooner, express costs 50% more, and we then aim to deliver a Slide Rebuild the next working day or a Deck Sprint in 2 working days.
- What does the price include?
- The price covers everything listed in the package and two rounds of changes. A Deck Sprint covers up to 15 slides and a Slide Rebuild up to 10, and if you need more, each extra slide costs $220 in a Deck Sprint and $150 in a Slide Rebuild.
- What if I do not like the result?
- If something is not right, you have two rounds of changes, and it helps if you send all your comments in one go. In a Deck Sprint you approve the storyline before we design anything, so big surprises at the end are rare.
- Will it be in our template?
- Yes, we work in your own PowerPoint template with your fonts, colours and logo. If you do not have one, or yours keeps breaking, we can build you a new one with a Template Build.
- Do you work in Google Slides or Keynote?
- We only work in PowerPoint, because that is where charts and tables stay editable. You can open the files in Google Slides or Keynote, although the charts turn into images there.
- Is my material kept confidential?
- Yes. Our terms treat everything you send as confidential, and we use it only for your deck. If your company requires its own NDA, attach it to your request and we sign it before you share any files.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes, as a tool that helps with ideas and the heavy lifting, while a person is always in the driver’s seat, checking and approving everything. Before anything goes into an AI tool we remove names and other details that could identify you, and we only use tools that do not train on your material.
- How do I order, and how do I pay?
- If you send us your request, we aim to reply within one working day with a fixed price, a delivery date and our terms. Once you reply “Approved”, we get started, and we invoice when we deliver with 15 days to pay.
