1. How an order is made
You send a request. We reply with a written quote: the price, the scope, the delivery date and a link to these terms. The order is made when you approve the quote in writing. A reply by email is enough. A quote is valid for 14 days.
2. Prices
Every order has a fixed price, stated in the quote. The packages are a Deck Sprint at $4,900€4,50049 000 SEK for up to 15 slides, a Slide Rebuild at $1,950€1,80019 500 SEK for up to 10 slides, and a Template Build at $21,000€19,500210 000 SEK. Extra slides cost $220€2002 200 SEK each in a Deck Sprint and $150€1401 500 SEK each in a Slide Rebuild. Express delivery costs +50%. Nothing else changes the price unless we agree it in writing before we do the work.
Prices exclude VAT. Swedish clients pay 25 % VAT. Business clients in other EU countries are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge rule, against a valid VAT number. Clients outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.
3. Scope and delivery
The quote states what is included and when it will be delivered. A Deck Sprint includes the storyline, which you approve before we design the slides, and the finished deck. A Slide Rebuild covers layout, charts, tables and formatting of content you have already settled. A Template Build covers the master template, template slides that are empty and ready to fill in, and a session where we show your team how to fill them in with AI. New research and analysis are not included unless the quote says so.
The delivery date assumes we have your material when the quote says. If material arrives later, the date moves by the same number of working days.
4. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included. A round is one combined set of comments on a version, and we return the next version within two working days. Changes that alter the brief, such as a new storyline, new data or more slides, are not revisions. We price them before we make them. Extra revision rounds can be added at a fixed price.
5. Your material
You confirm that you may share the material you send us. You are responsible for the facts and figures in it and for approving the final version. We check that numbers on the slides match your material, but we do not audit your figures.
6. Confidentiality
We treat everything you send as confidential and only use it for your order. If your company requires its own NDA, send it with your request and we will sign it before you share any files. Confidential files are exchanged through a secure link. We delete working files after delivery if you ask, and otherwise after 90 days.
7. How we use AI
AI helps us with ideas and the heavy lifting, while a person writes the storyline and checks every slide. Before your material reaches an AI tool, we replace names, companies and other details that could identify you on our own computer, and we put them back only in the file we deliver. We only use AI tools that do not learn from customer material, and if your organisation does not allow AI tools, please tell us before you send anything so that we can agree how to handle it.
8. Rights
Your own content is always yours. The rights to the delivered slides and templates pass to you when the invoice is paid in full. From then on you may use, change and share them freely. We keep the rights to our own tools and methods. We only show your work publicly if you agree to it in writing.
9. Payment
We invoice when we deliver the finished work. Payment is due within 15 days. If payment is late, we charge interest and fees under Swedish law. Please give us your invoice reference or purchase order number when you approve the quote.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge before we start. After we start, you pay for the work done: half the price once the storyline or the first slides have been delivered, and the full price once the finished work has been delivered.
11. Mistakes and liability
If something we delivered is wrong because of our mistake, we fix it at no cost. Our liability is limited to the price of the order. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for decisions you make based on the presentation.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. Questions about these terms: contact@saidandshown.com.
