This notice explains what personal data Said & Shown collects when you contact us or order slides, and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, work email, company and what you write in the order form. When you become a client, the files you upload and our correspondence.
Why we use it
To answer your request, deliver the work you order and invoice it. The legal basis is the contract with you, or our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project files are deleted after delivery on request, and in any case after 90 days. Invoices are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
Only suppliers we need to run the service, such as email, file storage and invoicing, under data processing agreements. We also use AI tools when we build slides. Before any material reaches them, we remove names and other details that could identify you, and we only use tools that do not learn from customer material. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to contact@saidandshown.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
